Our mission is to council non-executives and members of the board of an organisation with supervision of Digital Transformations. Developing a Digital Strategy for your organisation has become an essential part of your business strategy.
Non-executives and members of the board ask themselves which knowledge and competencies are required in the boardroom to share information pro-actively and with agility on the impact of Digital Transformations. Being skilled and competent facilitates informed decisions on investment proposals and programme/project proposals and progress of implementation.
The dialogue touches not only on usability and applicability of new technologies as such, but should also encompass required competencies and capabilities within the organisation and the (future) applications of these in the business model of the organisation.
Based on our extensive experience both as Non-Executive as well as CIO, Digital Governance Advisory assists with establishing Governance on Digital Transformations.

Ries Bode BSc. (1957) is managing partner of Digital Governance Advisory and served as Interim Executive and CIO for more than 20 years and as non-executive board member for 15 years. He was educated as Certified Board Member at Nyenrode Business University and INSEAD. He wrote a number of publications on Corporate Governance of Digital Transformations and was guest lecturer at Nyenrode Business University, TIAS University, Nationaal Register, Academie voor Leiderschap Avicenna and NCD Governance Academy.
